Rehan, a 12-year-old youngster used to come to the community football club to every evening to enhance his skills. He was vocal as an individual and solid as a player right from the very beginning.
This Saturday evening was a bit unusual for Rehan’s colleagues as he didn’t the place on time. He had passion for football so this miss was taken very serious.
It was 7 pm in the evening when the news of Rehan’s murder at the hands of local police spoiled the party of his family and friends.
The densely populated city of Karachi, Pakistan heard the news of demise of a 12 year old in cross fire between police and drug dealers.
The incident which took place on Monday at approximately 6 p.m. local time has been declared a mere coincidence by a few but an in-depth analysis unleashed the realties as a man from police was in love with a girl in the locality.
Some sort of enmity culminated into violence as the unilateral lover from police department called for his friends on duty and ‘in charge’ for assistance.
Poor Rehan didn’t have any clue whatsoever of what’s going on. He was on his way to football ground.
Perpetrators and the alleged assaulters will be brought to justice, said the local Member of Parliament.
